Founder – CA Amarnath Deshmukh is a Chartered Accountant and financial structuring expert with strong experience in corporate finance, taxation, compliance, and funding advisory. He leads the firm with a focus on precision, transparency, and strategic growth, guiding businesses through effective financial decisions and sustainable value creation.

Co-Founder – Shalom Pardhe is a Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in audit execution, financial compliance, and structured problem-solving. He brings hands-on experience in audits, GST and income-tax compliances, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
